With Boustany, Palestinian chef Sami Tamimi is publishing his first book, after years of collaboration with Yotam Ottolenghi. At the invitation of De Morgen and Boekhandel Stad Leest, Tamimi will be making a special visit to Belgium on 16 October to talk to Regula about his work and his love of Palestinian cuisine.

An ode to his roots and to Palestinian cuisine and culture. That is how Sami Tamimi, who previously collaborated on successful cookbooks such as Jerusalem and Falastin, describes his latest work. On October 16th, the Palestinian chef will present Boustany (Arabic for ‘my garden’) exclusively during an event at the AMUZ concert hall in Antwerp.
