I’m very excited to share that I am the first Belgian to win a James Beard Award! 

This is the Pulitzer prize in the culinary book world and I couldn’t be more grateful and happy to receive this prize.

The award ceremony was held in Chicago on June 8, 2024.

Dark rye and Honey cake was published in Belgium as ‘Van wafel tot koek’.
